Found wandering the parking lot at Whispering Hills Apartment Homes on McMurray Dr. Wide, maroon collar has a portion of tie out cable still attached to it. Very friendly, everyone in the E building is feeding, watering and loving on her so she is sticking around. May have chewed herself loose during the fireworks on the 3rd, 4th or 5th.
